ABOUT KYLIE

Kylie Davidson is currently working as an Associate Electronics Engineer at Northrup Grumman Aeronautics Systems’ Advanced Test and Support Equipment (ATSS) in Oklahoma City, OK. In her current position, she is instrumental in the research and design of critical defense systems. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis of RF and Microwave Engineering at CSU Northridge in Spring 2023. From her start in the service industry, Kylie has developed exceptional communication and leadership skills and makes a great addition to any team.

  • AEDIS: Researched, designed, and tested electrical components for military programs. Collaborated with senior engineers, generated schematic designs, and performed circuit simulations. Project Lead/Responsible Engineer for a multi-million dollar project.

    ATSS: Conducted research, design, and testing of cutting edge defense systems. Presented and defended designs to customer in design meetings.

  • As an electrical engineering intern, my responsibilities included designing and implementing an antenna testing positioner and the corresponding software. I also perform RF component testing and evaluation, and in the process of updating a portion of Glenair’s production workflow.

  • As the director of training at Chick-fil-A I oversaw the daily operations of the restaurant, identified bottlenecks and found solutions on the spot. I also directed the training program, which includes new hire training, roll out training, and continuous training.

    Employed from December 2019 to August 2022

  • As a shift leader at Pressed I serve customers by helping them choose products, upsell with knowledge of products to increase sales, and ensure daily operations meet company standards.

    I am still employed at Pressed.

  • As an assistant ride leader and trainer I was fully certified to attend and operate 11 rides and attractions, while also training new team members on how to operate at those rides.

    I also watched over the daily operation of a ride location and issued breaks in an efficient manner.
